We went to the Western Wall today and I gave Ron the camera to document my placement of a note in honor of my mom and dad. He dutifully took my picture and handed the camera back to me and it was only my astute distrust of his photography skills that led me to check the camera before we left. Sure, he took the camera in his hand and it seems like he pressed the buttons, but no photos were taken.
Round two, with a quick little camera seminar (“you have to press this round button down”) and we have this:

I opted to place my note on the inside of the wall because it’s pretty crazy outside:


We got to spend the day walking around the Old City of Jerusalem. It’s just beautiful:

A lot of historical discussion today. Made me want to cry. Whenever I could, I’d wander off and ponder more interesting things like this French fry delivery:
